Our way of working makes us different.
The company created a flat grid-like organizational structure: there is no hierarchical system, there is no pre-defined information transmission channels; on the contrary, we communicate directly with each other, and with a variety of professionals responsible for team members.
How are these achieved? Colleagues (not employees) are employed in the overall work area, and under the guidance of their sponsors (not the bosses), they continue to deepen their understanding of opportunities and team goals, seek projects that are compatible with their competencies and are committed. All of which are done in a free and cooperative, independent and collaborative environment.
Everyone can quickly win the trust, develop and implement the project. The sponsor helps his colleagues to develop an organizational plan that will enable themselves to contribute to the maximization of the company. Leaders may be appointed, but this is defined by the presence of "followers". More often, the leadership is naturally generated by demonstrating its expertise, ability and experience to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
Our colleagues must abide by the four basic guiding principles:
Treat each other fairly and treat everyone who is in contact with us fairly
Have the freedom to encourage, help and allow other colleagues to grow knowledge, ability and scope of responsibility
The ability to make commitments and fulfill their commitments
Advise other colleagues before taking action that may affect the company's reputation
